JIM STEERS - Vice President of Business Affairs & Marketing

James W. Steers, serves as Vice President of Business Affairs & Marketing and is a Director of the company. Helping to meet the many challenges of the company's rapid growth of feature film and television entertainment product; new worldwide strategic alliances; and expanded international marketing, Mr. Steers brings to the core management team valuable business affairs and marketing expertise as well as a diverse background in advertising; public relations; and visual design.

The Company's widening slate of multi-genre feature film projects, both independent and major studio films in addition to the development of television programs, has created multiple profitable platforms. To capitalize on the synergy of these valuable assets, Mr. Steers leads a team of seasoned professionals executing targeted marketing initiatives to maximize both existing and emerging market opportunities.

Mr. Steers most recently led a partnership of executive consultants specializing in advertising; corporate communications; public relations; and special events. Among the clients served were Universal Studios; Paramount Studios; New Line Cinema; CBS Television; Bloomingdale's; Playboy Jazz Festival; Women's Tennis Association; and the Brazilian Coffee Association.

Previously, Mr. Steers was President of Steers/Hardinger & Associates, a boutique advertising and market research agency serving regional and Fortune 500 companies. The firm was recognized with over 30 American Advertising Federation awards for creative excellence and campaign effectiveness. Prior to that, he rose to be President of The Art Dept., Inc., a nationally recognized visual design firm specializing in branding and corporate identity development.

Mr. Steers received his B.A. degree from Missouri State University and studied filmmaking at UCLA. He has served as university adjunct faculty and as an invited guest speaker to numerous professional associations.
